Локацията е много удобна, като апартаментът е в близост до центъра и има Била в близост. Имахме малък проблем, за който собствениците напълно се отзоваха и ни съдействаха изцяло.

The studio has a perfect location - 5 minute walk to the old town but without the noise and traffic. It has a nice view of the harbor and part of the old town. The free parking spot is a huge plus as hardly any other properties offer private parking (paid or free). The apartment was tastefully decorated and modern, and had a very thoughtful and beautiful guide book. The host replied promptly to every question we had and was gracious to let us use the parking spot past check out time. The place has a full kitchen, an espresso maker and other amenities. If you stay for a longer period of time it is super convenient having the washer. The terrace has outdoor seating area which is cozy and although the people from the neighboring apartments walk in front of it to get to their places, it was not an issue. The self check in and check out instructions were very thorough and we found the process super easy and convenient.

I will get into more details than usual - because for the price we paid, none of the below areas should have been overlooked. At the time of booking this property was advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment which it is not - it is a studio consisting of 1 room containing the bed, sofa and tv with the kitchen in the corridor - next to the bed is a see through book shelf - but it does not create a "bedroom". So this was a bit confusing since 1 bedroom means separate bedroom with a door and a separate living room. We had some issues with the cleanliness (hairs on the floor, spider webs in the corner above the bed, sand and hairs in the bathroom corners) - there were certain areas that were overlooked. There were two opened and empty welcome bags on the table possibly left from the previous guests - we did not get any of those. There was an espresso machine with capsules but the container where usually hosts leave 2 or more capsules as a starter was empty. It is possible that the cleaning crew did not do a great job this time around. Generally the hygiene was all right, not a deal breaker. I would recommend the host to change the sheets to hotel quality cotton sheets and pillow cases - the ones that were there were 100% polyester cheap sheets from Jysk and they did not feel good to sleep in. There was a lot of static electricity and the pillows had started to get dark-colored lint balls which did not look welcoming (they were definitely washed and clean though). We were also not thrilled about the price to value (over 280 BGN/night) compared to similar studios we saw listed or the above-average-priced hotel rooms that included breakfast. We decided to stay there anyway because we wanted to be next to our friends who were in a hotel next door. These are all fixable issues that might already be taken care of by the host by the time you read this review. Overall we had a good stay.

Месеците май и юни са ми любими за посещение на красивото ни Черноморие. Попаднахме на апартаментчето случайно в Букинг, но се оказа разкошно попадение. Локацията е наистина топ - на 3 минути от центъра, страхотна гледка от терасата, уютно и с всичко необходимо за страхотна почивка. Беше много чисто, симпатично обзаведено, с много книги, игри, място за работа (за тези от нас, които почти не свалят очи от лаптопа и им се налага да работят и през отпуска), хубави чаши за вино (сигурна съм, че това има значение и за други хора 😃). Комуникацията беше отлична, а също и бяхме много приятно изненадани с малко пакетче за добре дошли. Излишно е да споменавам, че паркомястото в Созопол е повече от огромен плюс.
