The location is perfect, close to the old town. The owner is super nice, contacted me just after I made the reservation and always stayed in touch with me to make sure that everything is ok. We had a parking spot assured all the time. The appartment has eveything you need, kitchen tools, fridge, 2 big balconies, AC, we couldn't ask for more. Just across the street there are a supermarket and also Pepco, so you can buy everything you need.

The only issue is that during the night is a little bit hot in the bedroom and at least for us it was not comfortable to stay with the AC on. But still, we would choose this appartment over and over again, we loved it and we highly recommend it!

Very good location of the flat, at the entrance to the old city (cca 1-1.2 km to the "edge" of the peninsula). New building, very spacious apartment. Main road just in front of the building, window- and balcony doors offered a good soundproofing (light traffic though, might be different in peak season). Very good communication with the young lady owner/admin, helpful, provided quick reaction to all our requests. Supermarket just across the street, banks and cash machines at the groundfloor of the building. Brand new espresso machine for grinded coffee provided. Fridge, microwave, electrical induction cooking plate, toaster. Hair dryer and A/C in all 3 rooms. Efficient electrical boiler in the bathroom (my estimation is 100-120 liter). Apartments are located on the 1st (last floor), whilst the groundfloor of the building is occupied by shops/bank/real estate/agency (do not start activity before 9 and usually close at 18-19), therefore the neighborhood is quiet. Medium sized TV set in the large living, decent working wifi.

The real general mark of the flat should have been 8 TODAY. In order to encourage the young owner/admin, at the beginning of this start up (listed on booking in July 2022) decided to upgrade it to 9. Everything in the flat is very basic, starting with kitchenware and ending with the furniture (we found the beds as being hard/not comfortable, other guests may like it). No decorations at all. Somehow very impersonal atmosphere, did not really feel to be on vacation. The bathroom amenities are mini soaps, 2 small shampoo envelopes and a bottle of liquid soap, whilst there is no shower tray. That might be standard in the summer apartments in Bulgaria and may have good reasons (easier to clean the sand), a bit strange for other nationalities, especially for guests arriving in low season (makes 9 months per year though). No reading lamps in the second/smaller bedroom. The seaview mentioned in the description may be valid for the apartments 1 and 2 (not sure) from the apartment number 3 there is a 10 degree angle offering a quick look. Parking is not really available as advertised and might be a real challenge in peak season (as everywhere in summer sea resorts). Might be that there is an intension to change/upgrade all a.m in the close future; therefore I am wishing all the best, luck and success and recommend the flat especially to families with 2 kids, although absence of a washing machine might be disturbing for a longer stay.
