    The kitchen cupboards are down to chipboard in places. The kettle was more like a bucket and leaked everywhere. The television in the bedroom did not work. Deluxe it is not.

    Agoda did not state that the facility did not have check-in after 10 pm. The person incharge asked us to **** off when we called late at night on the day previous to the scheduled check-in date to enquire about confirmation of our booking, which was very rude and not expected of a hospitality establishment. We had requested for a twin bed which was not available but neither was a king-sized bed, so nights were uncomfortable. There was no AC which made the warm nights a bit uncomfortable. The apartment had excellent facilities. The bath tub was much higher than the floor making access and egress risky due to slippery floor of the tub and the bathroom.

    The shower hose leaked badly causing poor water flow through the shower head. The inlet valve kept sticking open on the toilet which caused water to run constantly through the toilet until we were able to prod it to stop! Two sets of keys would have been useful. The mattress on the bed was very low quality and partially collapsed on one side. It needs replacing with something of superior quality. We couldn't get the television to work in the bedroom. The complex is in a nice area and well served by local shops and restaurants. The kitchen is very well appointed and equipped. There are nice walks in the park available very close by. We would be happy to stay there again hopefully with a much improved mattress. If it helps to judge our comments we are 9 &13 st in weight..

    The apartment stinks, bed is extremely small and uncomfortable, me and my partner had the worst sleep, shower is very weak with no pressure at all. Bin and fridge smells so bad. Location is great tho.
