De grootte van het appartement: ruime leefruimte met veel lichtinval. De betaalbaarheid voor een appartement in Oostende was ideaal.
Enkele zaken moeten nog zeker in orde gebracht worden: klink binnenkant van toilet, mogelijkheid tot deftig afsluiten (buiten)deur en lekkende afvoer rechter wasbak in badkamer. De netheid bij toekomen is eveneens een verbeterpunt: bv. vuilnis van vorige zat nog in de afvalbak. Bedenk dat er wel heel wat trappen te nemen zijn vooraleer je er bent. Met kleine kinderen en buggy’s niet ideaal… Slaapbank blijkt een lederen zetel te zijn, waardoor de slaapplaatsen tot vier beperkt zijn.
