L’emplacement et le cocooning de l’appartement ! Nous avons posé notre voiture et tout fait à pied le temps de notre séjour. A 5mn a pied du marché, des halles couvertes et des rues commerçantes de La Rochelle ! Le carrefour contact au pied de l’immeuble 👍 le resto coréen dans la rue pour de l’emporté à manger 👍 la literie en 160 tout à fait correcte, la déco chaleureuse des chambres. Le logement est spacieux et décoré avec goût. On oublie vite les 3 étages à pied, une fois arrivé !
Le seul bémol, les remontées des canalisations nauséabondes. Nous avons utilisé les bougies odorantes pour masquer certaines odeurs.

The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped, it is in an excellent town centre location.
I don't want to sound negative but these are practical points.
The apartment is on the third floor but steep wooden stairs, the light only stays on for a few seconds, you must be fully fit to use the appt.
The appt is above a Carrefour and lorries start delivering very early and the keep their motors/ fridges running.
We found it best to park in Verdun car park and walk to appt, the nearest on street parking is 5 minutes walk away if you can find a place.
The wi fi code did not work.

Localisation parfaite, avec accès facile au port et sites historiques. Boulangerie, épicerie en bas, restaurants et marché à 2 minutes. Pas d’enjeux dans le quartier. Au 3e étage,belle vue et tranquillité. Tout équipé, propre, douche agréable, lits confortables. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Climatisation appréciée car malgré que nous y soyons en septembre, il a fait inhabituellement chaud. Stationnement place Verdun tout près a été facile et sécuritaire. Le contact avec la conciergerie a été rapide et efficace.
Rien mais il faut savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, donc plus difficile si grosses valises!
