Très lumineux, au coeur de la vieille ville, 86 m²

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, had everything you would need for a lovely stay. Beds were comfortable. Large rooms. Lovely little balcony. Historic area with shops restaurants and markets all nearby. Great to buy local fish, prawns and produce at the market. Supermarket and cafe on ground level. Short walk to port area and ferries to islands. No taxis needed. Very close to bus station. Manager, Alizee kindy at hand via WhatsApp to assist with any questions, buses etc.

La chance de loger dans le merveilleux cœur historique de La Rochelle, à deux pas du marché couvert .La rue du minage étant une des plus belles de la ville. La taille de l’appartement et son salon.

La salle de bain n’est pas au standing : équipement ancien, joint de carrelage…. Le bruit de la rue si l’ on dort fenêtre ouverte: musique du café et sdf parlant fort.

The location was great, right next to a supermarket and loads of cafes. Only a 10 to 15 min stroll to the harbour and 5 mins to Place De Verdun to get the airport bus. Thierry was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Apartment spacious, charming,,nicely decorated, lots of character. Nicely situated in one of the arcaded streets, lovely balcony Fab metal roller blinds to keep out the light.

Because of its fab location, the downside was the noise as cafes opened late and the bin collections at 5am. Also, the arches underneath seem to be a gathering place for a few homeless people, who did no harm but could be intimidating to a solo traveller. The pillows were terrible so we had to substitute with cushionsfrom the sofa . Plus we had to pay extra to have bedclothes The bathroom and toilet are separate and in need of work. We recieved a text from the landlord saying to be extra careful in the shower as a small amount of water had splashed on the floor....and leaked through the ceiling into the shop below....so that would need attention.

La ubicación es perfecta , y es peatonal. La casa es grande y luminosa

deberían avisarlo al huésped que es peatonal aunque hay parking cerca pero no puedes entrar a descargar el coche. Al ser céntrica tiene ruidos nocturnos de recogida de basuras y descarga de camiones , ponen un mercado casi en la puerta
