IN MARINA DI TERTENIA, "PAVONCELLA 1" is a portion of a SEA-FRONT semi-detached house with a beautiful view. Just cross the road to reach the beautiful coves below, ideal for a peaceful swim or for fishing and snorkelling activities.
Very convenient location also for reaching the sandy beach of Foxi Manna with very shallow waters.
Foxi Manna beach is about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot with a few minutes' walk.
The PAVONCELLA 1 villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants such as large olive trees, mastic trees, cistus... and vineyards.
The PAVONCELLA 1 house is arranged on one level with kitchen/dining room, bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms. Outside, a panoramic veranda overlooking the sea equipped for outdoor lunches and relaxation. The house equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, TV, etc.) also has private parking, outdoor shower and barbecue. “La Pavoncella uno” is suitable for those looking for a holiday away from mass tourism and immersed in uncontaminated nature.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen.
Ein paar Tage vor Abreise hat sich eine Freundin von Maria Tina, die Deutsch spricht, bei uns gemeldet. Sie hat uns alle wissenswerte erklärt und ist uns während der Reise und bei der Ankunft zur Verfügung gestanden. Während des Aufenthaltes konnten wir uns jederzeit auch bei ihr melden und sie hat uns sehr hilfsbereit Auskünfte gegeben.
Das Haus ist tiptop sauber und verfügt über alles, was man braucht.
Die Lage ist traumhaft, man hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist gleich um die Ecke. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist hier genau richtig. Zum Einkaufen/Shoppen muss man allerdings weiter weg fahren.
Maria Tina hat uns frische Tomaten aus dem Garten zur Verfügung gestellt, Kuchen und Plätzchen gebracht.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Un'accoglienza stupenda da parte della proprietaria ha dato il via ad una settimana da ripetere assolutamente al più presto, la sto già consigliando a parenti ed amici.
La casetta è pulitissima, dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie ed immersa in un'oasi di macchia mediterranea di fronte al mare. Voglio ringraziare la proprietaria per la squisita accoglienza, per la disponibilità e la generosità non comuni. A presto!
