Great communication/ updates from host

This is the very first property that I'm scoring 10 out of 10 of all the other properties I've ever stayed in, yes there's a slight issue on one of the rooms but nothing to do with the host, more to do with the smokers from previous occupants. Check in details sent way in advance, property is clean and smelt fresh, enough toiletries, pillows, cutleries etc. Utilities and facilities in good working order. The host Joe is very approachable and literally resolves the issue as soon as and arrives at the property to resolve any problems.

I absolutely couldn't think of anything apart from the cigarettes smell which disappeared in time, I couldn't score him lesser for this as he tried his best to get rid of the smell from previous occupant's smoking.

Convenient location to my workplace, the Royal Stoke Hospital. Clean apartment with all necessary amenities. Tastefully furnished, Wonderfully equipped kitchen, Large TV with a good selection of programs, cosy and comfortable rooms. Host was very attentive and responsive.

Great location, well equipped and comfortable.

Some of the utensils and crockery seemed to have been left not looking very clean likely by other users but might be worth a check by the host cleaners to ensure clean.
