Villa Xenia Chrouso Jewel Unique Sea View

The villa sits in a beautiful pine forest, about 700–800 meters from the beach. We really appreciated how peaceful and secluded it felt, while still being part of a small, gated complex of only five or six houses with limited access. A car is definitely recommended if you want to explore the nearby beaches, which was expected and perfectly fine for us. We also strongly recommend visiting Pefkochori and exploring the surrounding area, as the villa’s location suits those who want peace and privacy rather than easy access to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a family of four. My only remark would be that having access to the second bathroom would make the stay even more convenient. Every room has its own air conditioning, and the internet connection was excellent throughout our stay. Our host, Dora, was extremely friendly and welcoming. She met us when we arrived, showed us around the house, and explained how to use the various appliances and equipment. We were also pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome supplies, including water, juice, some snacks and small dishes, and even two bottles of wine. The house was very clean when we arrived, and during our 13-day stay we were treated to two additional cleanings, which was a very nice bonus. Overall, the villa offers very good value for money, especially if you don’t mind driving a few kilometers to explore the nearby beaches. You can also reach Golden Beach on foot, although the walk back involves a fairly steep 200–300-meter climb up the road to the villa. We had a very enjoyable stay and recommend the property to families or couples looking for a quiet, private base to explore the area.
