El sitio era genial, la ubicación, la limpieza, la cama súper cómoda. Además, tiene una cocina donde puedes hacerte comidas si quieres, para mí un 10. También le doy un 10 al "conserje" que es IA y ayuda a que las respuestas sean inmediatas si necesitas lo que sea.

Loved the location, rooms were nice.

Hotel did not have staff on site or offered other means of support. Firealarm went off at 3am and was ringing for 1 1/2h. The Ai Agent only provided non-desked support numbers and provided an out of date number to call a property manager. When the fire department was called, they also only had an invalid number at hand. The remedy was for them to sent a firetruck that deactivated the fire alarms. They remained deactivated for the remainder of my stay without further check-in by staff. Their AI agent also misses critical functionality by not having a button to proceed with checkout. That is only possible with the phone.
