Ribeira Porto by MyStay - Self Check-in Hotel

J'ai bien aimé la luminosité dans la chambre. L'hôtel est situé parfaitement et très propre.

On nous a laissé des tabs de café et du thé, mais il n'y a rien pour utiliser l'un des deux. Donc je n'ai pas trop compris pourquoi ils nous ont laissé cela.

Die Unterkunft war ideal angebunden, besonders für den Camino-Start. Die Preisleistung ist top und ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Tiene una buena ubicación, es tranquilo, limpio y confortable, la cocina esta bien equipada

En terminos generales todo bien.. es raro no ver el personal.. pero comprendo que es el nuevo sistema de hospedaje.

Hotel did not have staff on site or offered other means of support. Firealarm went off at 3am and was ringing for 1 1/2h. The Ai Agent only provided non-desked support numbers and provided an out of date number to call a property manager. When the fire department was called, they also only had an invalid number at hand. The remedy was for them to sent a firetruck that deactivated the fire alarms. They remained deactivated for the remainder of my stay without further check-in by staff. Their AI agent also misses critical functionality by not having a button to proceed with checkout. That is only possible with the phone.
