Ribeira Porto Hotel

The property was in the heart of Porto’s tourist area and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the river, and other activities.

There was no sign on the property. I just had an address and there was a blank door with a keypad.

El día que llegamos la Rua Alfandega estaba cortada y no pudimos acceder al parking que está justo enfrente del hotel, esto nos obligó a dejar el coche bastante lejos con lo que conlleva en cuanto a retrasos de tiempo, tráfico e incomodidades. Y aunque esto es ajeno al hotel, opino que deberían habernos avisado para tomar decisiones anticipadas en cuanto a dónde dejar el coche.

Loved the location, rooms were nice.

Hotel did not have staff on site or offered other means of support. Firealarm went off at 3am and was ringing for 1 1/2h. The Ai Agent only provided non-desked support numbers and provided an out of date number to call a property manager. When the fire department was called, they also only had an invalid number at hand. The remedy was for them to sent a firetruck that deactivated the fire alarms. They remained deactivated for the remainder of my stay without further check-in by staff. Their AI agent also misses critical functionality by not having a button to proceed with checkout. That is only possible with the phone.
