The location was amazing - unfortunately there are roadworks for the metro but it’s super close to the river and the squares in the heart of the old town. The room size is large and the air con good.
I knew about the stairs but it doesn’t have a lift so be ready to take your luggage up stairs. Also the WiFi was really patchy but we used data so was fine. It doesn’t have coffee/tea /milk but is close to stores and the fridge works well. We loved the communication and how quick and helpful the staff were when we had airplane issues and cancellations. We also ordered a ride from the airport and the driver was friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and suited my needs for my stay
There was no cutlery at all in the apartment. Not ever a teaspoon for me to have my yogurt. I bought a spoon and unfortunately left it behind.

The location was great and the apartment was very spacious and clean.
It would have been nice to have some improvements like curtains, a mirror, an iron, paper towels, hand soap, and additional bath towels. The wifi also did not work.
