Welcome to a villa single-story villa getaway in a quiet, gated community with a staffed entrance designed for an easy, low-stress stay from arrival to checkout. Enjoy sunny afternoons in your private pool on the privacy screened lanai, with conversation seating for relaxing and outdoor dining seating (plus a child’s table) for poolside appetizers and dinner, then head inside to a spacious game room with ping pong, a pool table, and board games for all-ages fun.
When it’s time to recharge, everyone can spread out across four themed bedrooms: a Star Wars primary suite with a king bed and TV, a Mickey Mouse room with a queen bed and its own TV, and two twin beds in each of the Princess and Toy Story rooms each with its own TV. You’ll also have two full bathrooms (both with tub/shower combinations), a living room with a 55-inch TV, and a flexible dining room area plus a separate breakfast nook. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to dine in, with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
As a guest, you’ll also have access to resort-style amenities, including a resort pool and splash pad, plenty of lounge chairs, a tiki bar for snacks and meals, a convenience store, a video game room, pool tables, sand volleyball, pickleball and tennis courts, and a basketball court.
The tiki bar is just two blocks from the home and offers takeout, with delivery available to the house.
