Recently renovated and newly furnished, this first-floor 900-square-foot vacation home is located on Balboa Boulevard at the start of the Balboa Peninsula. A sliding glass door leads to the patio with a bubbling spa, gas grill, and an umbrella-shaded seating area.

A spacious primary suite sports a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan. The large en suite bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower, bidet, and large mirror. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combination located in the hallway. All beds and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.

Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
