Cozy Condo with Great Views, Shared Pool & Hot Tub - 350 Yards to the Slopes

Some confusion as the text we got on the way said we had a spot in the garage and had trouble clarifying that we did not. Not a big deal but communication took several texts and finally a phone call.

I've stayed in a lot of condos-- Pros: Very close to ski school & some of the Keystone lifts. Only a 15 minute walk to the newer area for kids to play, eat, gondolas, sledding. Lots to do in general w/out having to ski necessarily. Ice skating & sm. playground in the town square nearby, friendly people. Pretty view from unit. Allows dogs for a small fee. Good food nearby. Cons: Fridge did not stay cold; we lost our $100 Christm. turkey dinner/ all other food. Tough to keep a steady temp in the unit--3 different temp gauges to keep abreast of & fireplace only goes on an hourly timer. Elevator broke the day we arrived & was never fixed, so people constantly up/down the icy stairs; very noisy if you have napping kids/ need to sleep earlier than 10pm. Difficult to find the Vacasa office, saw a lot of confused people & office did not open until 4pm. Vacasa phone operator acted put out that I called to see about getting in the unit before 4pm, informing me that there were instructions about this in my email, which there weren't--early check in is a case-by-case. No info as to where the pool/hot tub/sauna or pkg garage were, & did not find them until our last day. Found dog hair on the floor as if it had not been vacuumed in between & we had drilling on both sides on Christm. eve. Finally, it was very cold & people let their dogs poo/pee all over the walk, stairs, trails; was never cleaned up. So gross, & my child stepped in it on the stairs-???
