Great location, roomy.
Only things that could have made it better would be hand lotion (forgot mine) and tin foil to take home the yummy pizza from next door!

Location was fantastic.
The hot tub was uncomfortable, the pool was mediocre, and there was no staff on premise to help you if you needed anything. We tried to light a fire, but we had very little wood (or a way to get more) to do start one, and the chimney was either blocked or did not work so the smoke started to backflow into the condo. Also, the Internet went out halfway through our stay which killed TV and any entertainment that we could do with Wi-Fi. The connections and plugs were all loose and after resetting the equipment over a dozen times we had to give up, and there was no resolution whatsoever. They were quite effective in making sure that you were out by 10 AM though 😕

Close to river . Walking distance by way of a sweet trail to Keystone Village (the back way.) Two coffee makers, Kerrig and a standard. No sugar or creamer. Coverd parking. Very short walking to 3 different bars. Mexican food & cantina place across street was best! Large balcony!
Lighting in room no so great. One key for room and building but building has a key pad, wished room would have key pad.
Balcony view blocked by a another building. Rooms to south were not.
