The location was perfect. The hot tub was great.
The unit was smaller than expected and was not as clean as I would like. The CO2 monitor was doing an end of life beeping so we had to remove it. The extra pillows were stained and no pillow cases were found. Also the overall smell of the property was .. stale.

We were provided with an access code ahead of our arrival so the key issue wasn't applicable.
On a couple of occasions the access code didn't work, ie, to the hot tub area and also the skier entrance.
We also had a couple of cleanliness issues which we have raised with Vacasa and are awaiting a response.

The room had terrible lighting, sofa in need of repair& some of the outlets didn't work. Floor plan wasn't sufficient for a family of 7.
