And there is a grill on the balcony deck for times when meal-making needs to be quick and easy. There is also a queen primary bedroom on this floor. It has a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, a large TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom - on the first floor - also has a ceiling fan and an en-suite bath that also has a shower/tub combination.

Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
