Very clean. I would suggest having a hard copy notebook with expectations of the owner. I wasn’t sure what was expected of us the day we left. Other properties have this and I find it helpful. But we love Ketchum, had a great time and thanks for opening your place to us.

Highly recommend. Great location to River Run and downtown Ketchum. Clean, quiet, heated floors, hot tub access. All good things for a vacation.
