This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including:1 Master bedroom with bath attached, Second bedroom with a king that can be made into twins and two twin bunk beds, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen& living area downstairs.
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.

Best location, right at the base of Baldy! This condo is updated and so clean! Perfect spot for our family of 5 to ski and enjoy Ketchum. We will be back!

Our stay at Pennay’s was great. The place was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults. The unit has everything we needed in the kitchen. The refrigerator was a little small, but the owner said that was being replaced. The hot tub was hot and clean, and easy to get to. Getting to the lift was little effort, as it was at most 200 yards to the bridge where you had to take your skis off. You could ski down there with a little pulling, and on the way back required a little more pulling (or walking), but a short distance. Really great complex and close to town. The office was very responsive.
