Comfortable and spacious 1150 sq. ft., 2 level townhouse condominium with new interior updates. Just one of our seven 2 bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space.
King in the master with bath attached, 2nd bedroom can be a king or two twins with additional twin bunkbeds in the same 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs and the kitchen & living area downstairs.
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.

Pennay’s is in a perfect location near the river and easy to walk to town. The place is NOT fancy but it’s clean. Our washing machine was broken and when i called management about it they cameover right away and took care of it!! Also a couple of items missing from the kitchen were immediately addressed as well. I was very impressed considering it was 4th of July!! I would stay here again!!

Pennay's is a great location and everyone loved the property. The host was very helpful and the condo had everything we needed. Its a 5 Min walk to the River Run lodge and gondola. Great place to stay
