Located just 1 minute from Chaweng’s main ring road and only 3 minutes by car or scooter from Chaweng Beach, restaurants and nightlife. The beach is also within walking distance. Samui International Airport is less than 10 minutes away.

The villa offers two spacious floors, bright open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable indoor-outdoor living. Perfectly situated just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and Koh Samui’s main attractions, while still offering privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.
Check-in/Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please let us know in advance if you need flexibility around these times, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.
House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week for stays of minimum 6 days. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Pool and garden maintenance will be performed regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.
Utilities: Please note that electricity is charged separately based on your usage at the rate of 8 Baht per unit. This is common in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation. However, water is included in your stay.
Security Deposit: A refundable cash deposit of 5.000 (five thousand) Baht will be collected upon check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages or extra cleaning fees and will be fully refunded at check-out.
