The villa’s spacious, clean, and private. The stuff is very responsive, gave us the info whom to communicate with regarding renting the bikes and booking the tours. Check in was very professional, we got all the info that was needed.
The location is a little bit away and on the steep hill but that is not surprising.

צ׳ק אווט מוקדם מאד, בשעה 10 בבוקר כבר יש צוות שיושב לך על הדלת
כאשר הצ׳ק אין מאוחר בשעה 15:00
בזמן ההגעה לוילה פתאום הודיעו לנו שצריך לשלם על חשמל ומים בנפרד חוץ ממה ששילמנו בהזמנה בבוקינג
מה שלא קרה לי מעולם ואנחנו טסים המון ומשכירים וילות הרבה

הוילה מאוד יפה ומאוד דומה למה שמוצג בתמונות
היו לנו שלוש הפסקות חשמל אחת מהם הייתה ידועה מראש למשך כל היום מ-8:00 בבוקר והייתה אמורה להמשיך עד חמש אחר הצהריים ובפועל המשיכה עד שבע בערב ואחריה נפל שוב החשמל לעוד שעתיים. אי אפשר להיות בווילה בלי חשמל ומזגן מרוב שחם נאמר לי שלא ניתן לקבל החזר למרות שיום שלם היינו בלי חשמל. אחר כך ביום השני עוד פעם הפסקת חשמל. כשאין חשמל גם מערכות הביוב והמים לא עובדות. לכן אי אפשר להיות בווילה. הפיצוי היחידי שקיבלתי או שאני לא אצטרך לשלם על החשמל והמים שבמילא בקושי בזבזתי מהם. אמנם זה לא בשליטתו של בעלי הדירה אבל כשיש מצב כזה קיצוני הייתי מצפה להתחשבות והחזר כספי. אני לא אמורה לשלם על וילה מחיר מלא כשאני לא יכולה לשהות בה באופן מלא. גם שהחשמל חזר המים לא חזרו כנראה שהמש ונתקעה וזה היה כבר בשעה 10:00 בלילה ואף אחד לא ענה לי לטלפון במשך שעתיים עד שהצלחתי להשיג אותם כדי שיחזירו לי את המים שנוכל להתקלח
