Close to the beach and restaurants, the architect-designed villa Cocoon has an exceptional panoramic sea view.
You will appreciate it for its brightness, its high ceilings, its trendy decoration, its infinity pool and its comfort thanks to superior quality king size beds.
Its fully equipped open-plan kitchen will allow you to make the most of your stay. With family or friends, this villa is made for you.
The accommodation
Magnificent 2017 Moonshadow style villa designed by the island's most renowned architect Bodin Sritrakul winner of the Thailand Property Awardv.
Located on the hill of Chaweng Noi, the 400 m2 villa has 4 large suites, an infinity pool with sea view treated with salt, a large terrace fully equipped with outdoor lounges, 6 deckchairs, loveuse, and outdoor fatboy.
You can enjoy the furnishings of local designers, decoration as well as luxury finishes.
The house is equipped with a Bose bluetooth sound system, curved and connected hd screens (IP TV: international channels)
You will find a Nespresso machine without capsules,
as well as a multitude of high-end equipment such as Daikin air conditioning with dehumidification and ventilation function.
Totally secure, the villa has an on-site concierge, a perimeter wall, an electric gate, a videophone system, a private covered and enclosed parking lot, a video surveillance/alarm system and 2 safes.
Traveler access
The Villa is ideally located between Chaweng and Lamai.
Although it has a magnificent view, it is easily accessible unlike the villas in the area.
Airport 20 minutes, Fisherman village 15 minutes, Supermarket 10 minutes, beach 5 minutes, golf course 5 minutes, restaurants 5 minutes.
Other remarks
Services included in the price:
• Pool maintenance: twice a week,
• High-speed Internet (fiber optics),
• Daily housekeeping,
• Change of household linen (sheets, bath and pool towels): once every four days,
• Water consumption.
Additional costs:
• Taxi transfer from the port or airport: 800 THB each way,
• Electricity consumption: 8 THB/kWh, to be paid by the traveller at check-out. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out.
Security deposit:
A deposit of THB 40,000 (or equivalent in another currency) is required upon arrival to cover any damage or damage. This amount will be returned at the time of check-out in the same currency.

Villa Cocoon is a villa with the wow factor. We arrived at night and to wake to the beautiful view, from the infinity pool, was a ‘pinch me’ moment. It gave myself, my husband, and two adult children all the space we needed. Each bedroom is spacious and each having an en-suite was a bonus. Yuma, the Property Manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend this villa.
