Welcome to Casa Moinho, a beautifully presented three-floor townhouse located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes from the heart of Carvoeiro. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, the property offers a perfect balance of comfort, space, and outdoor living.
The main entrance opens onto the middle floor, where you’ll find a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living area also includes a sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably. From here, step out onto the terrace, complete with a BBQ, outdoor sofas, and a dining table, perfect for relaxed alfresco dining. Awnings provide shade, making it an enjoyable space throughout the day.
Downstairs, there are two comfortable double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto a cozy outdoor terrace with comfortable seating.
Upstairs, the private rooftop terrace provides yet another inviting space to relax, with outdoor seating and an awning so you can enjoy both sun and shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and the property also includes a washer and dryer, high-speed fiber internet, and full air conditioning throughout to ensure comfort in every season.
