Casa as Gaïvotas

We really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as the dishwasher and washing machine detergent, as well as the brand-new dish sponge. We were also able to use the pool, which the kids absolutely loved.

We found it unusual that the security deposit had to be paid into an external account, especially as we were not given clear information about what exactly the deposit was intended to cover. There was also no handover protocol, which could have protected both parties and would have avoided unnecessary uncertainty. In the end, however, everything worked out well.

Erg mooi appartement, alles zag er netjes, schoon en gezellig uit. Keuken was voorzien van alle gemakken. Mooi balkon met uitzicht op zwembad en tuin. Op loopafstand van de restaurants, winkeltjes en Carvoeiro boardwalk. Fijn zwembad. Spullen voor strand en zwembad beschikbaar.

- Naast Carvoeiro Mar (het appartementencomplex) zit een bouwterrein. De huizen daar zijn klaar maar ze zijn nu met de wegen bezig. Daar was dagelijks geluid van. Wij hadden zelfs de pech dat ze voor de deur aan het graven waren een paar dagen. - de buurvrouw heeft een grote herdershond die blaft zodra hij andere honden hoort (arme beest komt ook amper buiten) - appartement is erg gehorig - lage waterdruk van de douche - matrassen waren voor ons erg hard

Very nice location, close to town of Carvoeira. Sky bar and beaches within walking distances, less than 1/2 mile. I would recomend. Could do with sign at bottom somewhere indicating which way to go up to flat for first arrivals (have to pass another flat entrance).

Had to leave after 10 days.

Close to the famous 7 Hanging Valleys Trail (Sete Vales Suspensos) starting from Praia de Vake Centeanos..Close to the famous Algar Seco viewpoints.Large shaded terrace where you could enjoy coffee in the morning. Air conditioning.Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Private pool with garden for residents only.
