Casa Altavista is a newly built villa designed for relaxing vacations under the Spanish sun. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Calpe, the villa offers peace and privacy while being just 1.5 km from the beach (an 18-minute walk) and 2 km from downtown Calpe (a 24-minute walk). Enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, Peñón de Ifach, and the surrounding mountains. Relax by the private pool, unwind in the Mediterranean garden, or enjoy long evenings together around the outdoor kitchen and BBQ.
Casa Altavista Calpe comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and has been designed to combine modern comfort with a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or multiple couples traveling together.
The sleeping arrangements consist of 4 king-size beds and 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year, even during the warm Spanish summers. A washing machine is also available if you’d like to do laundry during your stay.
The bright and modern living area features a large, comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring Calpe. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, making it easy to stay connected when needed.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining together, including two refrigerators, two freezers, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Ideal for larger groups and longer stays!
