Totul peste așteptări .utilat - dotat chiar aș spune excelent . Primire cu o sticlă de vin , cafea și apă rece după un drum obositor . Gazdă foarte de ajutor - disponibilă și foarte activă la cererile noastre . Locația are singurul inconvenient șantierul aproape , dar nu ne- a afectat . Curățenia impecabilă și chiar am văzut echipa de curățenie curățând lifturile și acel lobby de la intrare . Gunoiul e ceva neprevăzut și puțin departe tomberonul - dar nu e deranjant . Magazinul Lidl peste drum-1 min și caffe a la 3 minute distanță . Plajele cu nisip fin , apa extraordinara și un view spectaculos . Mulțumim și o să revenim cu mare drag

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was not only spacious, but also modern, stylish, and very well located. Both beaches, the old town, and all the trendy places in Calpe are within walking distance, while the Salinas Lake is literally just across the street. On more relaxed days, we enjoyed the swimming pool area, which includes both a regular pool and kids' pool one for children. There is also a playground and a gym available. The apartment comes with an underground parking space, which was extremely convenient. The view was also impressive — overall, a really great place to stay.

Impressive location – brand new shiny apartment, very well located. Location was perfect, it was just a short walk to the Arenal-Bol beach or La Fossa beach – everything is within walking distance too, while it was nice and peaceful where we were living. Our apartment was brand new, well-equipped, and everything was just shining. This was really lovely to stay there with an amazing view, which gives a real feeling of a 5-star hotel. The Lidl shop is just next door - also a nice benefit when you want to do some shopping. In addition, there is an underground parking where we can park our car in the dedicated underground garage, which is safe, and there is no need to look for a free parking space on the street. Really helpful during busy days.

We have been to Calpe several times already and this place was by far the best we have ever visited and we were really lucky we have discovered it now- we will for sure return next year. The best thing is - you can rent two separate apartments that are next to each other (with friends) and optionally connect them together if you want! This way with our friends we could rent two apartments next to each other and have a connecting door that we could open or close if needed. This way you can rent the entire floor in the building just for us with 360 view! GREAT for a bigger group! Besides it is brand new, looks exactly like on pictures, has everything that we needed ( and even more) and has a great view on the seafront, lake and Ifach all at the same time. This is 10/10 location!
