Bungalow on the beach sand

Probably the best house in Sant Ambroggio, absolutely priceless views. The house has everything you need to spend a gorgeous time on the beach. We got probably the hottest week in human history and really appreciated the air conditioning in every room. Honestly very little that we could complain about (maybe lack of space for food and groceries, although the fridge is huge and awesome). We'll very likely be back, thanks!

We recently spent a week in this lovely beach bungalow - and just adored it! First, Jacques was a dream to work with, providing numerous recommendations for our trip and exacting instructions for our stay. Next, the area is fabulous! A small(er) cove beach right out front suitable for walking that is protected so the water is calmer. Not many beach goers in September despite perfect weather and the bungalows vegetation is both nice to look at and offers privacy from beach patrons. The surrounding area has shops, Algojola is just five minutes up the road with some decent restaurants and Calvi is just 20 minutes up the road and is loaded with markets and restaurants. We fell in love with the bungalow. Ceiling to floor windows in the LR and bedroom offered panoramic views. The openness made sure that you always had a view. The kitchen was fully stocked, as were the bathrooms and the bedrooms, while small, still had plenty of closet space and were big enough. As a couple we had plenty of space and had another couple join us for a night and still had good space. The unit has good WiFi, a washer, bathrooms are clean and comes with an outdoor grille and good deck furniture. If you are looking for a chill location with a perfect beach, this bungalow is it! Once we arrived, we absolutely did not want to leave! We also feel very strongly that we will return and rent this unit again both for the relaxed beach vibe it has and for its dramatic scenery which is breathtaking. Highly recommend it on all accounts!
