Superb luxury villa with crazy charm, in a magnificent environment of immense granite rocks and olive trees.
The neatly decorated interior offers a magnificent view of the village of Lumio and the mountains. In the evening, the village is adorned with the colors of the setting sun and the name of Lumio takes its full measure (Lumio comes from 'light') with a flamboyant palette of pink-orange tones.
Fully fenced park, 5,300 m2, with private swimming pool of 15m x 5m and arbor in wrought iron for an aperitif space near the barbecue and the plancha.
The park offers a relaxation area with hammocks under the trees but is also a real adventure and playground (many games for children, tobogan, as well as a football cage, table tennis, boules pétanques, and a volleyball net stretched over the swimming pool).

Merci beaucoup de nous avoir accueillis dans votre maison. Le cadre est superbe avec un très beau jardin, une superbe piscine et pleins de jeux pour les enfants. Chaque petit coin du jardin réserve une surprise et une atmosphère différente pour profiter de l'environnement. La maison est très bien équipée à tous les niveaux (clim, cuisine, télé extra large, bbq, plancha). Marie-Jo merci pour votre accueil et votre réactivité quand nous avions des questions. La région et ses plages sont sublimes. Le séjour fut magique mais trop court.
