About this villa rental
3 minute walk from the beach, this villa has a private pool, on a plot of trees and flowers, not overlooked, without joint ownership, enough to enjoy a successful holiday with family or friends. With an area of 80 m², the property is located on a private plot of 800 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people.
You will spend pleasant moments on the terrace next to the barbecue, or you can sunbathe on the loungers by the pool. Fully air conditioned, the villa will offer you all the comforts:

- Lounge with TV
- Terrace with outdoor table and chairs
- 1 bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet

The rental price of the house includes reception, internet access, supply of sheets and towels. The essential equipment is also provided (hair dryer, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, ...).

Maison très agréable , bien placée , belle vue sur la mer. Les hôtes sont très agréables . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour .

Belle villa bien équipée à proximité des plages de Sant Ambroggio. La terrasse est agréable avec piscine et barbecue, on peut y voir la mer.
Par contre, pas moyen de mettre la main sur le cygne gonflable de la photo 14 😉
Il y a une place de parking devant le garage.

Très bon accueil, très agréable maison.
La piscine est un vrai plus.
Le calme, la proximité de la plage, tout concours à la réussite d'un séjour réussi.

Very much enjoyed the stay. We were welcomed by Claude, and the owners Olivier and Anne had kindly left us some wine as it was our 5th wedding anniversary. Lovely property, very clean, and with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of info on the area to read, cable TV with quite a few French channels and within 5 minutes walk of the shops at the front. Two nearby stations to take you to Calvi or Ille Rouse, and a path just beyond the Club Med/Marine SantAmbrog station allows you to walk along the coast or up to Lumio and the abandoned village in the hills. If youre looking for a nice villa with nearby amenities, thisd be thoroughly recommended.
