About this villa rental
We rent our family house located on the heights of the marina of Sant'Ambroggio in a small hamlet in a quiet little hamlet "Cala Stella" close to the beach, the port and the shops of the Marina (10 min walk).
The Marina is located between Ile Rousse and Calvi, in a perfect location between the sea and the mountains.
The villa is on one level, fully air-conditioned with its interior space including:
a bright and sunny spacious living room with TV, Wifi, books, DVD player, board games.
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with: electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine
2 bedrooms with double beds
Shared bathroom and toilet and adjoining these 2 bedrooms.
1 large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed with TV, DVD player and en-suite bathroom including: shower, toilet.
Children's equipment: 1 high chair with 1 travel cot.
Outdoor equipment:
1 large terrace on the north side with sea view, heated and secure swimming pool. Relaxation area with garden furniture and deckchairs.
1 small terrace on the south side with a gas plancha area.

Located 5 minutes from the village of Lumio, Sant'Ambroggio is located between Ile Rousse and Calvi.

Nearby shops: restaurant, ice cream parlour, bar, supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, fishmonger, hairdresser.
