Located in the heart of Moliets village, this ground-floor apartment in a new residence offers the perfect setting for holidays with family or friends, between the Atlantic Ocean, golf course and the natural beauty of the Landes region. Local shops are within walking distance, while the beach is only 3 km away and the Moliets golf course about 2 km away.
With a surface area of approximately 62 m², the apartment can accommodate up to six guests and features a pleasant west-facing living room with plenty of natural light in the evening. The living area opens onto a terrace and a large private garden of around 130 m², ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing after a day at the beach.
The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. The second bedroom features a mezzanine double bed (140 x 190 cm), an additional convertible bed (120 x 190 cm), a television and a Wii console, making it especially popular with children and teenagers. Another 120 x 190 cm sofa bed is available in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. A utility room with washing machine is also available for added comfort. Two private parking spaces complete the property.
