This 58-m² duplex apartment sleeps 6/8 people in 3 bedrooms in Les Terrasses de l’Océan Residence. It is 10% cheaper than apartments rented by Néméa, with television included. It is located around 100 m from the beach and the shops and 200 m from the golf course.

On the ground floor, there is a double bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, a fitted kitchen area (microwave, electric hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and electric coffee machine), living space with trundle bed (sleeps 2) and television. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms including 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a toilet. There is a 9-m² balcony with garden furniture. The south-facing accommodation offers pleasant views and sits in a quiet setting. Between the ocean and the forest, Moliets, seaside resort of the Landes region and famous for its beaches, welcomes you for holidays with your family or friends. A very enjoyable stay in a spacious, well equipped apartment with good amenities. Close to the beach and a good range of bars and restaurants. Ideal for families. Lots to do, see and visit in the area.Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Be aware no bed linen, towels or end cleaning is included and there is no dedicated parking space. Pool is open 10am until 8pm and gym and sauna open 10-12 then 5-8pm. Markets happen 4 times a week and you must move the car for these. Close to shops and restaurants. Nice surfer dude vibe in the area.

Everything was good : the 2 swimming-pools, the gym, the sauna, the beach is very closed.
The appartement is clean, convenient and spatious.
Just it.s second floor without elevator.
It's at the same time quiet and in the center.
Moliets is small but a dynamic and pleasant place, and is close to a lot of nice places. Our kids went surfing and we were enjoying the beautiful golf.

Exactly what we were expecting for. Indoor heated pool and other services are great. The location is very good (close to the beach and all the shops, restaurants, golf). The appartement has 3rooms, very convenient. It's quiet. I would recommend it.
