About this villa rental
Pleasant house close to the ocean located in the heart of the Golf of Moliets and Maa in a Pierre et Vacances residence within a closed wooded park.
Beach 300m away accessible by a cycle and pedestrian path.
Four-room house (53 m²), private terrace (20m²) and patio, to enjoy your meals with family or friends.
- The ground floor is composed of an entrance, a living room opening onto a private terrace, an open kitchen, a bathroom (shower, sink and WC) and a storage area.
- Upstairs, three bedrooms, one opening onto a balcony (nice view of the golf course), a bathroom
(bath and sink) and a separate toilet.
Accommodation facilities:
living room with a convertible sofa (2 additional beds if necessary 140x190), large screen TV.
equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, senséo, kettle), dishes and cooking utensils included.
Independent wifi internet access in the house, (free).
1 bedroom (140x190) with TV, balcony and storage,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190) and storage,
1 cabin bedroom (bunk beds) drawer storage,
additional storage in the corridor serving the bedrooms and security barrier at the top of the stairs.
