Our home features 2 stocked kitchens, 2 living & dining rooms, outdoor bar, fire pit, & a huge serene tree-lined property with a marshy pond. Smart Tv's & games! Perfect location with 15 min to Downtown Traverse, 30 minutes to Dunes, surrounded by wineries, restaurants & golf courses!
Traveling with a group or multiple families? Rent out both units in this spacious, fully updated retreat. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 fully stocked kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 dining spaces & a total of 7 beds! Tons of room for your group to spread out and have their own space for a GREAT value! Enjoy a backyard bar, fire pit, HUGE serene tree lined property with a small pond & marshy area to explore (see pics at the end) along with subtle 2,860 acre Long Lake views from the cozy front porch. Lake access: We do not have direct access to the lake from the house. There are 2 access points on Long Lake. The access points are an 8-10 minute drive around the lake from the house. See the “additional photos” with a photo of the map and access points. The first access point is Taylor Park. The second access point is Gilbert Park/Beach.

PET RULES: 1 Dog Maximum. Dog must be leashed, potty trained & cannot go on neighbors property. $150 pet cleaning fee (will be requested after booking). BREED AND SIZE MUST BE DISCLOSED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Message for more info/inquiries.
