Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Avalon. Tennis, mini golf, pool, spa, beach exclusively for Hamilton Cove residents and visitors, playground. Golf cart available for the duration of your stay.
The living room has TWO additional queen size beds. Small gas grill on the balcony, outdoor tables and chairs for meals. Full kitchen with full size appliances. Indoor or outdoor dining area. Laundry in unit. Large closet and dresser. Bathroom has double vanity AND large bathtub AND shower. Sleeps 4, per our City of Avalon rental permit. Additional larger beds make it comfortable for adult friend groups, and older children. It is possible to use the sofa bed and the murphy cabinet bed at the same time, with a little bit of walking room, making it very cozy. Please ask if you need help opening either bed. A child under 12 months does not count as part of the limit (4); however, the golf cart has 4 seats, so keep that in mind as you plan excursions.
