About this house rental
Under new management, this wonderful two-level villa offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. Located in Hamilton Cove, this spacious town 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhome will take your breath away. Professionally decorated and acquainted with the finest comforts of the modern world this home is perfect for a luxury island getaway. The stunning view of the California coast during the day is topped perhaps only by the looking at the lights of southern California at night while listening to the crashing waves below.
As you enter the villa you will be immediately struck by the patterned wood floors and lovely woodwork including the doors. Large windows allow for an amazing view of the ocean and open to provide an ocean breeze. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise by the sea. It includes marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances and every you need to prepare just about any meal. You can choose to eat inside or on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The balcony has a table, seating and a bar-b-que should you choose to grill outdoors. The main level also includes a bedroom suite and complete bathroom.
Walk down the stairs to find master suite with exquisite ocean views. The California King bed will bring you great comfort under the luxury bedding. Likewise, you will no doubt enjoy the waterfall shower in the gorgeous master bath as well as the fine linen. Moreover, the master suite includes a private balcony from which to take in the one of a kind views from the Hamilton Cove Villas.
We understand, however, that you are likely going to want to take in all that Catalina has to offer. The rental comes with a six-passenger golf cart you can use to get to town or the Descanso Beach Club. Feel free to take advantage of the Hamilton Cove amenities including the pool, spa, health club, tennis and croquet courts as well as an 18-hole putting green. Hamilton Cove also provides outdoor tables and bar-b-ques and even a sand volleyball court.

We love Hamilton Cove. It was our second time staying here, we absolutely enjoy it there! We will always try and stay there when vacationing on the island!

Absolutely Wonderfull Love love love this place, these people, this location, that golf cart, ….,..Superb. If only the Jacuzzi had been working or someone had shown up to fix it during the time we were there, I could’ve said perfect.

Property needs a little TLC but the view and 24/7 access to the golf cart were well worth the price. We would stay here again!

Property was nice had all we needed. Good location near pool and other things nice ocean views. There are 55 steps to get to the unit not a big deal for us but be aware. Golf cart was great ran good and very useful.

When we tried to reach out, no one got back to us. The batteries in the remote to the TV didn't work, outside patio was small with a very wobbly table, the golf cart had a tough time steering and the brakes were questionable. It was only filled up half way with gas! Also the washer and dryer didn't cycle or dry our clothes. There weren't any cups except wine glasses and coffee mugs. Just not impressed with the ZERO communication and lack of amenities that should be standard for a house at this price.
