Great location. The house was perfect and very quiet. My friend and I go to Catalina once a year for a girls' getaway. We have rented before and this one was in a great location, close to beach, shops, bars, and groceries - everyone a girls' getaway needs.

It's super cute, clean and cozy. Excellent location. Close to grocery, no uphill walking. Host was great. No bbq, outdoor sitting area or access to golf cart fyi. 100% would stay again.

Great location and convenient to everything in Avalon especially Vons grocery very good supply of kitchen items and other necessities not loud at all so that’s another plus overall we enjoyed it

The house was in a great location. And we got to use the golf cart which was nice. But the house wasn’t as nice as we were expecting. It could have used a better clean before we got there. And the pull out couch is small for two adults. Overall it wasn’t bad but also not fantastic.
