Modern and serene 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms vacation rental with max occupancy of 6 people in the upper unit of a duplex in one of the quietest streets of Avalon with no traffic. Featuring city and mountain views from the balcony. Light and bright open-concept living area with fireplace, TV, large and comfortable sofa in the living room, plus dining table for 6 people, making this a perfect home for a small family or group. | | Located less than one block from the new Vons – The Avalon Market, golf course and park. This unit is walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. | | Modern furnishings and decor, hardwood floors and fully stocked kitchen with all appliances and large counters for those who enjoy cooking at home. There is a half bathroom in the hallway. | | | The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. Shared full bathroom with shower tub outside the two bedrooms. 342E Upper | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

This was the perfect location for our first trip to Avalon. It’s tucked away on a quiet street but close enough to all the restaurants, shops and activities. We have two kids ages 5 and 8 and walked everywhere. The place was clean and very comfortable for our family of four.

Loved the location but wish I did more research on the amenities. No beach towels, chairs/umbrella. No drinking glasses in the kitchen. Kitchen faucet leaked and was difficult to use period. The drinking water faucet was not hooked up. Water is a premium on the island so we reported this immediately but only two plumbers on the island. Bathtub faucet also dripped the entire stay. Some love and care needed in this beach house for certain.
The kitchen table was very sticky which alerted me the cleaning wasn’t too thorough.
