Step onto the balcony with your morning coffee and take in the view of Catalina’s palm-lined shoreline below. This one-bedroom condo in Avalon puts you close to the water and gives you the space to unwind after a day of island exploring.
Living space
The condo’s interior pairs mahogany hand-scraped hardwood floors with reclaimed 15th-century limestone imported from Corsica, giving the space a warm, textured feel throughout. The open-concept living area includes a king-sized sofa sleeper, ideal for a third or fourth guest, along with a Toshiba Smart TV equipped with Alexa voice control for easy streaming and hands-free convenience.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a Cariloha king bed, dressed with bed linens for a comfortable night’s rest. Between the bedroom and the living room sofa sleeper, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen comes fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with a fridge, freezer, oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and baking sheet on hand. Start the day with coffee from the in-room coffee maker, and enjoy wine glasses for an evening pour. When it’s time to cook outdoors, head to the patio, where a BBQ grill and barbecue utensils - including skewers - are ready to use, alongside outdoor furniture and a dining table for al fresco meals.

The bathroom is stocked with the essentials for your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer.

I had a pleasant stay at Hamilton Cove! It was my first time visiting Catalina island and I was beyond impressed. This community seemed like one of the best spots on the island as the view was incredible! My partner and I sat outside on the balcony the majority of our stay because it was just that good. Rimas was extremely available to answer any questions and helped our trip to run smoothly. The villa was clean and had everything needed including extra towels and some condiments/spices in the kitchen. I didn’t cook or barbecue during my stay but it was cool to see the attention to detail! The only downside was the amount of stairs to access the villa as it sits in the middle of a tiered stacked condo layout. If you’re unable to manage multiple flights of stairs this may not be the place for you, however, after some decadent meals in town the cardio was absolutely needed. I would hike up any number of stairs or hills for the view at Hamilton Cove! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to return sometime in the future.

This place was beautifully decorated and great location. Love the golf cart and quiet area, just a great weekend all around, definitely plan on coming back!!!Lots of steps though up to the place!!

From the moment we arrived, it was obvious this villa resort operates on a completely different level. Every detail—every view, every moment—felt elevated, and genuinely luxurious.
The villa itself was immaculate. Spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly private, it felt less like a rental and more like our own personal paradise. Waking up to breathtaking views and ending the day with sunsets that looked straight out of a postcard never got old. The beds were insanely comfortable, and the outdoor space was peaceful, scenic, and made for pure relaxation.
What truly sets this villa apart, though, was the service. The interactions with our booking agent were warm, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead. Every request was met with enthusiasm, not obligation. We felt taken care of.
If you’re even considering booking here, stop thinking and just do it.
