"Nice air-conditioned T2 with swimming pool, Wifi" is quietly located at the sud_ouest prow, of the Gairard 2 subdivision, on the top floor (2/2) out of sight of the neighbors and offers an unobstructed view with a glimpse of the sea,
It has a private parking and free access to the swimming pool in season (from 01/05) in a guarded and closed residence located 10' walk from the sea (Grand Valla beach) by a path running through the pines (please note that it closes at night at 11 p.m.).
It is also located 15' walk from Bandol station, served by the stations of Toulon or Marseille, which are themselves served by TGV.
The city of Bandol, as we know, is located in the Var department whose magnificent landscapes and many unique sites do not need to be boasted.
The coastal path in particular is not to be missed for walkers.
