Wir haben das Apartment als 2 Single-Frauen für 10 Übernachtungen gebucht. Die Größe des Apartments, das große Badezimmer mit 2 Waschbecken, die originelle Einrichtung und die Aussicht über die Dächer der Altstadt auf den Yachthafen und die Bucht von Bandol waren für uns wirkliche Wohlfühlfaktoren. Die Lage ist top: Es sind nur wenige Schritte zum Yachthafen mit seinen schönen Restaurants und Bars und den Carrefour-Supermarkt findet man 2 Häuser weiter in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einkäufe sind dann allerdings 3 Treppen hochzutragen, was eine gute Fitnessübung ist.
Obwohl laut Reservierungsbestätigung das Wäschepaket und Endreinigung im Mietpreis inkludiert waren, wurden wir im Vorfeld der Reise gebeten, für Handtücher und Bettwäsche 18 EUR pro Person zu überweisen. Diesen Betrag fanden wir nicht so gravierend, so dass wir sofort darauf eingegangen sind. Überrascht waren wir, dass wir dann ifür 2 Personen insgesamt 3 große Strandtücher und 1 Geschirrtuch vorgefunden hatten. Wir hatten kleine Handtücher nachgefordert die uns nach 2 Tagen gebracht wurden..Ein 2. Punkt ist, dass die Spülnaschine nicht perfekt spült. Das zu benutzende Geschirr musste grundsätzlich manuell nachgespült werden. Auch das Badezimmer ist mit Holzfussboden ausgelegt, was die Pflege schwierig macht. Diese o.g. Punkte sind aber nur kleine Unzulänglichkeiten, mit denen wir gut umgehen konnten.

The location cannot be faulted ! The host was also very clear and communicative in her messages.
We were told before arriving that we will need to pay 18€ for bedding, per bed (or bring our own). I find this misleading as I feel it should be included in the price, and I couldn’t find where it was stated on the description of the property. The sheets were old, and one of the beds was covered with a duvet cover, not an actual sheet. In addition to this, the duvets we found in the cupboard did not have covers. For this amount of money to pay for bedding, we would’ve expected it to be of a higher standard.
We found the beds to be very uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy. I suffer from back problems so this really disturbed my sleep and overall comfort during our stay.
