Posizione eccellente in pieno centro.
Palazzo in cattivo stato ma in ristrutturazione speriamo sistemino le parti comuni, appartamento completo di tutto, ma dozzinale, porte con maglie rotte, clima che non funzionava bene, rubinetto cucina montato Male e toccava nello specchio, soffione doccia danneggiato.
Per quello che abbiamo pagato ci sta.. un po più di cura sarebbe stupendo…

Les petits soucis d'humidité mais c'est un immeuble ancien et il est difficile de pouvoir régler ce problème.
