Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

The location was great! Steps to the beach, grocery store and good restaurants! The owner was very responsive and spoke English, however was not onsite.

This property is located on the 2nd floor and has no elevator. The stairs are narrow and steep. If you have difficulties walking or travelling with small kids, this apartment is not for you. Also, the lady who takes care of the apartment only speaks French and only is interested in your arrival and departure time. She won’t respond to any of your inquiries. HOWEVER, the owner will write back to you within minutes.

We couldn’t stay due to the steep, uneven spiral staircase.

Unfortunately we found no reference in the info prior to booking informing of the steep, uneven spiral staircase to the property. Due to this type of access we could not stay at the property. We lost our money on this and had to find and pay for alternative accommodation.

Motorcycle touring in area.

Easy to find on seafront, part of a building housing other apartments. Rooms were a good size. Bathroom facilities adequate, only light is built into mirror. Comfortable bed 🛌. Excellent kitchen facilities. Lovely front breakfast/ living room right on front. Minimal noise through night. A good base for Bandol & surrounding area. Nice lady to deal with.

We were attending a local motorcycle meeting nearby, phoned en route to talk about arrival time but lady only spoke French, my French is same as Derek Trotters tbh, eventually made her aware of arrival time. Found accommodation & lady was waiting. Showed me around , French vs English! Agreed we would depart @ 10am, lady arrived before 9am with cleaning products etc., eventually agreed on 09:39 departure as we had to load motorcycles.

The website depicts it a lot better. U get the impression there are two loving rooms. Also the very small shower room Is en Suite so the people in second bedroom have to go through main bedroom. Also there’s an awful Smell in the stairs of drains. The toilet smells too. Knob in second bedroom broken … it’s tired!

Great location and amazing view. Modern shower and kitchen with everything you might need. The host was charming and very helpful when in need.

Would have thought it would be inconvenient to share with another 2 adults as bathroom only accessible from main bedroom and both bedrooms are very small. Toilet is so tiny, it isnt comfortable.

The location and property was great but the person looking after the place was very unfriendly and not at all helpful, we were 30 mins later than we said we would arrive and then had to wait 4 hours before we could get in , there are a lot of stairs which were not mentioned

Vanessa è una padrona di casa eccellente, sempre disponibile e cordiale . Appartamento pulito ed ordinato, ristrutturato recentemente e ben arredato. La vista dalla sala da pranzo una favola! Cucina dotata di ogni comfort, poche case vacanza sono così ben attrezzate. Posizione comoda vicino a negozi, ristoranti e lungomare. La scala a chiocciola per raggiungere il secondo piano e’ molto particolare, ripida ma allo stesso tempo ha un suo fascino unico e poi aiuta a restare in forma. Comodo parcheggio poco distante a soli 36€ la settima.

L'appartement avec une vue de rêve depuis la véranda panoramique, très bien agencé, meublé avec goût, le café à disposition, l'emplacement sur le front de mer, la remise des clefs très facile, la gentillesse de notre hôte. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vue sur mer et front de mer

Nous n'avions pas l'information que le n° de téléphone transmis par mail par notre hôte était en réalité le code d'ouverture de la porte. Nous avions appellé plusieurs fois ce numéro de portable, mais sans réponse, alors que ce numéro servait à déclencher l'ouverture de la porte. Nous avons donc attendu assez longtemps et avons fini par téléphoner à l'hôte.

Très peu d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements (et valises) dans tout l'appartement (pas d'étagère ou pas suffisante, pas de placard). Prix très élevé pour 1 semaine.
