Modern Lakefront Loft with Private Deck at Eldean Shipyard near Macatawa, Michigan

The Lofts on Lake Macatawa - The "Lofts" are modern lakefront condos located at Eldean Shipyard. The units are available for Long-term Lease and/or Vacation Rentals. The units are 2 floors, facing Lake Macatawa (occupying the 2nd and 3rd floors of the former Piper Restaurant building). Each unit has its own outdoor deck and grilling area. When units are not leased, they are offered for rent on a short-term basis as vacation rentals.



In addition, guests during the summer will have access to the pool (limit of 5 guests per visit), playground, and volleyball court at Eldean Shipyard.

This home was originally leased as a 2nd home until early 2025 and now it is being offered as a short-term vacation rental. There is a large kitchen fully equipped with granite counters, island, & stainless steel appliances which is open to the living room and both have large waterside windows to enjoy the lake views. Just outside the kitchen and living room is a large outdoor deck and gas grill. There are 2 kings, and 2 small bedrooms each with 2 twins (one is a trundle bed that can also be made into a king)- providing sleeping for 8. Other features include 3 full baths, including 1 bathtub, 3 Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.



All linens and bath towels ar provided. Coin laundry is available next door at the marina. An elevator is available to access the main level. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. This unit can be easily combined with unit #2 for large groups, as units 1 & 2 share an elevator vestibule on the 2nd floor.
