Property has Private beach in front looking toward Martha’s Vineyard. and Salt water pond in back, (great for wading to the sandbar at low tide) lots of wildlife. Plenty to do nearby. Gas fed outdoor grills and fire pit. Playground for kids. Property has beautiful indoor & out door pools. This unit is on the ground level with a patio, outdoor poolside. Great place for a quiet morning cup of coffee or tea!
One Bedroom: room features a queen bed and a sleep sofa as well as a full kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, full size stove/oven, coffee maker and toaster - pans, dishes, silverware, etc.
Sleeps four. The space features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a bright living room that includes a convenient sofa bed. With two full bathrooms, and an added large jetted tub in the bedroom, guests can unwind in style. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning.
