Spread over two levels, the villa features on the main level (pool level/ground floor) a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with shower room, and a separate toilet. All rooms open onto a large terrace, partly covered, ideal for enjoying meals and evenings facing the sea.
On the garden level, two fully equipped apartments opening onto terraces and connected to the rest of the house provide a comfortable sleeping area with a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms with toilets, ensuring both privacy and conviviality.
Facing South-East, the villa enjoys optimal sunshine throughout the day. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, a pétanque court, and several relaxation areas to fully experience the Mediterranean lifestyle.
Pets accepted only with prior approval from the owner.
Household linen available as an option (number of guests to be specified).
Final cleaning available as an option at a cost of €250.
Security deposit payable upon arrival: €4,000.
