About this villa rental
Cocoonr is offering this splendid, air-conditioned villa in Saint-Tropez (in the municipality of Sainte-Maxime) for rent; it measures 265m² and can accommodate up to 15 guests.
It boasts exceptional 360° views, a large swimming pool and a private beach just a 100-metre walk away.
It comprises a lovely 70 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms – including a dormitory – seven bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of approximately 1,650 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

- A dormitory with two bunk beds (sleeps four in 90x190 beds) and a cot

- A utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board (with steam generator) and a baby corner.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a barbecue, two high chairs and two planchas.

- A swimming pool (private, unheated and fitted with a safety barrier) measuring 12.5 m x 6 m with an outdoor shower. Maintenance is carried out every Monday. The swimming pool is open all year round.

- End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- For the owners’ security, the property is fitted with security cameras at the gate, which are active only when the property is not being let. These will be deactivated during your stay.
