Golf View (346BD) is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool home on the highly sought after Highlands Reserve Golf Community in Davenport. This single level home has been newly refurbished to a very high standard and has a pool with a golf course view.
Once through the front door, you will immediately see the formal dining area which seats 8 and this is next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home, should you wish to. There is a 10 foot kitchen island with under counter lighting with bar seating for five, along with a coffee & wine bar with additional K-POD coffee maker. A breakfast table, also seating 4, completes the kitchen. The appliances are brushed stainless and all counters have quartz tops.
The family seating area features leather sofas, wall mounted flatscreen TV and patio doors to the pool area. Slide these open and step out onto your own private, fully screened tropical oasis. Casual seating under the shaded lanai offers protection from the sun, when you don't want it and comfortable loungers offer a relaxing alternative, for when you want to soak up the glorious Florida sunshine. A patio table seating 4 and umbrella is available for dining outdoors. The entire pool overlooks the beautifully landscaped golf course.
The master suite has patio doors to the pool area and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with separate soaking tub and glass shower. There is one more king bedroom and a queen, as well as two twin bedded rooms. Two family bathrooms ensure no one is left waiting.
Highlands Reserve has an 18 hole golf course, driving range and putting green. Plus there is a small clubhouse serving drinks and snacks. Also available is a communal pool, tennis courts and a children's play area.
