The fully equipped kitchen makes home dining a breeze, complete with a breakfast area for casual mornings and a formal dining space for memorable meals with family and friends. The king master suite provides a private retreat, complemented by two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, allowing the home to comfortably sleep the whole family. With multiple bathrooms, TVs in each bedroom, a double garage, and a laundry room, convenience and comfort are built into every detail.

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the property undergoes a thorough professional cleaning and inspection. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an extra fee.
• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
We do not offer grill as standard feature; However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us after booking for more information.

Beautiful property. Would say arrival instructions in relation to digital lock on door could have been clearer, particularly as foreign travellers may not be familiar with the different types.Also one big issue was lack of poolside loungers, there were only two and only one had half a cushion so very uncomfortable. Plenty of outdoor seating but not lounging. Also no contact from management company just to check everything was ok as we've experienced with other rentals.However property was clean and had mostly everything you need, unless you're a Brit, no teaspoons only dessert spoons, very weird!
