Welcome to Highland Haven Villa, a beautifully appointed vacation home located in the prestigious Highlands Reserve community. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious home offers comfort, luxury, and entertainment all in one.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Gather around the formal dining table for 6 or enjoy casual meals at the additional dining area with seating for 8.
Step outside to your private pool and lanai, complete with a dining table for 6 and 4 sun-beds. Entertainment abounds inside with a games room featuring a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, and poker table. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer with ironing facilities for your convenience.
Highlands Reserve offers excellent on-site leisure facilities, including a clubhouse, children’s play area, restaurant, golf course, tennis courts, and a community swimming pool.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

House was very nice and very clean when we arrived, but lacked some maintenance. We did notice there was a repair made on the ceiling of the family room obviously from a leak. The cooling unit upstairs above the repair must have started leaking again because we noticed a crack and a bulge where ceiling was previously patched. The door handle on the door going out to the pool area fell off and we ended up fixing it ourselves. We called and left a message with maintenance and they never called us back. The ice dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. The ice jammed and froze in the compartment. Sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged and the water would not drain. These are minor things but could have been avoided if house is maintained more regularly. We still had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
